Once again it’s time for Operation Raincheck seminar.  This year the seminar will cover topics such as runway incursions, air traffic procedures (IFR and VFR), operational changes in the NAS system, and other aviation related topics.  This seminar meets the requirements for the Wings Program.  During the program, we will ask pilots to fill out our pilot survey form to let us know how we are performing at Tallahassee Tower and we will allow time for questions and answers.  This one night seminar will take place on Thursday, December 12, 2002, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at the Burns Building in Downtown Tallahassee, 605 Suwannee Street.  Refreshments will be served.  Parking is free.  We look forward to seeing all pilots and aviation enthusiasts at this very informative program.  HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
