Once again it’s time for Operation
Raincheck seminar. This year the
seminar will cover topics such as runway incursions, air traffic procedures (IFR
and VFR), operational changes in the NAS system, and other aviation related
topics. This seminar meets the
requirements for the Wings Program.
During the program, we will ask pilots to fill out our pilot survey form
to let us know how we are performing at Tallahassee Tower and we will allow time
for questions and answers. This one
night seminar will take place on Thursday, December 12, 2002, from 6:30 PM to
10:00 PM at the Burns Building in Downtown Tallahassee, 605 Suwannee
Street. Refreshments will be
served. Parking is free. We look forward to seeing all pilots and
aviation enthusiasts at this very informative program. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

Your attendance at this seminar
fulfills one of the requirements of the pilot proficiency award program (Wings
Program). Completion of the
requirements of the Wings Program, as outlined in AC 61-91H, will qualify you to
receive a Wings lapel pin, "Wings pins supplied by FSDO-35, Safety Program
Manager, and wall certificate. For further details about this
