The Greatest
Generation
In Tom Brokaw's book"The Greatest
Generation" he described the ordinary men and women who did
extraordinary things in the course of W.W.II.
We are fortunate to have some of those
brave men in our chapter. Gar Braun and Tom Baldwin are the most
active and still contribute a great deal of time and energy into keeping
this chapter going.
We will also have a guest speaker "Jim
Armstrong" at our meeting Tuesday night who was shot down over France
and spent 5 months evading the Germans with the help of
some French Men and Women. You won't want to miss his
fascinating story.
I hope to see you there.
John
